The two guest bedrooms with queen mattresses are downstairs, one with desk. There is a 4th bedroom/office with full size pullout sofa and pool view. We set the pool on the low 80’s - Some people don’t own a pool. If a pool is set in the 80s and it gets cold. The pool may not be 80 degrees most likely the pool will be a cold pool. Please remember this. Being realistic is important. You may get a cold week or rainy week. Temps 40s and under will affect heater.
