The Great Escape with Pool; 10 min from Houston

A great escape! Located in Pearland only 10 minutes from Downtown not far from the city. Enjoy in a big home, nice neighborhood with an outdoor pool and hot tub in the back yard. Come relax or enjoy the house with family and friends. The space My home has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The master bedroom is downstairs with a king size bed and bathroom attached. The other 3 bedrooms are upstairs with 2 king beds and 1 queen bed. Their is a media room upstairs with an 80 inch TV and with an over-sized couch that can sleep 2 people. Outside is a pool and a hot tub. Hot tub can be heated upon request. I prefer you do not touch the pool equipment for liability reasons, if you would like something done text me and I can do it for you remotely. Guest access You have access to the entire house. Other things to note No pets allowed!!! No parties allowed!!! NO SMOKING in the house!! I do allow SMOKING OUTSIDE of the home. There is a $300 deep cleaning fee for smoking in the home. Please note that I offer a “starter pack” of toiletries that includes toilet paper for each bathroom, paper towels and trash bags. Please note that while we strive to make your stay as comfortable as possible, it is the responsibility of our guests to replenish any supplies that may be depleted beyond our starter pack. However, I do provide bath towels, sheets, and hand soap in case you do not want to pack these items. For sanitation purposes, the outdoor grill has been removed.
