It has great, comfortable furnishings, a fully stocked kitchen (just bring your food), beach chairs and cooler. We provide bath and beach towels, bed linens/pillows; toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, Shampoo and Conditioner. There are washers and dryers at a cost in the Ground Floor of the building. Common areas and facilities are available to our guest provided that community rules are followed at all times. (Elevator, Pool, Tennis Court, Basketball Court, and beautiful gardens). Please READ the House rules before booking. Other things to note Renting a car is highly recommended to move around as there is no UBER service in the area. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment nor the balcony. Additional Cleaning fee of $100 will be charge if you don’t follow this rule. Essential Services: The Owner is not responsible for the interruption of essential services such as Tap Water or Electrical Power. There will be NO refunds for such events as they are out of the control of the Owner. Swimming in waters in front of the condominium is not recommended.
