Rustic cabin on a private lake near ATV trails

Welcome to our cabin! Peaceful and forestry area perfect for ATV fans. Hundreds trails around. Leave right from the cabin to get to the trail within half mile. The space It's a year round cabin has 2 main floor bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and loft area with 3 beds. The home has spacious open floor plan with cozy living room. The kitchen is equipped with all necessities you need for your stay. There is a gas heating wall sleeve furnace for chilly nights. It's working ONLY as a heater, not AC. We don't have central AC unit. Only window units on a loft and living room. A peaceful quiet cozy getaway located right on a border of Minnesota and Wisconsin. We are 1.5 hours from Twin Cities, 22 min away from St. Croix State Park, 1 hour from Duluth. We are dog friendly! A one time $100 dog fee is required for the entire stay. Well behaved dogs only. Limit is ONE dog. If you bringing a dog, this must be indicated at the time of booking. Otherwise, it will be subject to extra $350 fee for each dog you brought to the cabin. Guests will be responsible for any damages caused by their dogs. NO DOGS PERMITTED ON THE LOFT, BEDROOMS, ON ANY FURNITURE. DON'T USE OUR TOWELS AND BLANKETS FOR YOUR DOGS. PICK UP ALL THEIR POOP FROM YARD. NO SMOKING OR VAPING INSIDE OR NEAR THE HOUSE ALLOWED. NO OUTSIDE GUESTS, ONLY CONFIRMED. WHEN YOU ARE MAKING RESERVATION, INDICATE HOW MANY GUESTS ARE COMING. NO RVs. BRING YOUR FIREWOOD to have campfire with your friends. It's the renter’s responsibility to check WI DNRs website for fire danger and burning restrictions prior to using the outdoor fire pit. For boating information please visit DNR Wisconsin website. DON'T drive ATV on a property. The private lake is only 40 acres. No motorized boats allowed. We are on a Stone Lake in Burnett County WI. Guest access There are 4 parking spots on a back line, right behind the cabin. Use code for self check- in. Other things to note Guests can use all that cabin have itself! Please see all kitchen cabinets inside to find what you want to use. There is one dock and sandy beach. Fishing boat, kayaks, paddle boards, canoe and some float toys are available in summer time. All free to use for renters. Also we have 6 adult life vests and a few for kids. We have a baby portable bassinet, its located under the king bed on loft. We offering a gas grill. We have free washer and dryer in a cabin. Wi-Fi and smart TV are available. We don't have central AC. We have a window ACs units in a loft and living room and portable fans in each room.
