The space Chapel Mews has two lovely bedrooms, the master bedroom has a king size bed with a fantastic feature window, the second bedroom has twin beds. There is a lovely bathroom with a fantastic rain shower (no bath, sorry) which is great after a days outing, be it walking, watching or just taking in the fresh sea air. In the fully equipped open plan kitchen and comfy lounge areas we have a four seater dining table, which can also be used as a working from home workstation as you will have free fast Wi-Fi. The corner sofa is a nice place to relax, and decide on the plans for the following days outing. We also have free Netflix and Disney+ account for your convenience which is on a smart TV and is ideal for those evenings when you just need to relax. This compact mews cottage, has a living, dining kitchen and a downstairs toilet and we have two bedrooms upstairs along with a walk in shower, sink and toilet. The cottage is a two minute walk to the sea front, and likewise a two minute walk into the centre of Sidmouth with all the great shops. We think the cottage will appeal to families and also couples just looking for that cosy hideaway but still in the centre of town. The designated parking space will be so useful when Sidmouth is busy, just leave the car and have a stroll around Sidmouth, slow down and just let the fresh air work its magic and refresh you. Sidmouth is addictive, its not over commercialised and maintains its charm with so many special places, that even we are still finding things. To add to this, our energy comes from a company that generates its own power, so we are being as green as we can in a small seaside town. Sidmouth is quite flat so its very easy to get around on foot. We have a self check in lockbox and if you need help we are always available. Other things to note We are centrally located and very easy access to the seafront, its actually 180 paces. If you want to wander out of town, as you head along the South West Coast Path up some of the coastal hills the views are worth the effort, There is an OS map in the cottage for reference! Sidmouth is great for summer watersports, including kayaking and paddle boarding available on the beach. We very often take a barbecue onto the beach for a relaxing alfresco meal. The event calendar in Sidmouth is busy through the year, not just in high season. The end of July and into August is The Folk Festival with Sidmouth Regatta at the end of August. The Sidmouth International Jazz and Blues Festival is a new event in June which is fantastic. October has science week with lots to do and see. November has bonfire and fireworks and also close by there is the Tar Barrels in Ottery St Mary. The Christmas Lights are switched on around the third Saturday in November. December sees the Christmas season starting with late night shopping.
