The Historic Welch House on Avenue A

Located in Hutchinson's historic district, this home has high ceilings, wooden floors, and tall windows. Fall asleep to the flickering flames of the fireplace in the bedroom, and wake up to a full kitchen for cooking breakfast. Soak in the clawfoot tub, cuddle up with an antique book, or start a game with some friends. We welcome you to unplug from life's bustle and connect with loved ones. The three bedrooms and only bathroom are on the second floor, with a spacious living room, kitchen and dining area on the main floor. There are also three steps leading up to both the front and back doors. Consider booking our apartment right next door, "The Loft on Avenue A" if you have more than seven people in your group. This is an ideal set up for family get togethers. Please note that our hot tub is closed in June, July, and August.
