The space Villa Tranquillo features a pool and hot tub and a fully private, fenced in back yard. The pool and hot tub are cleaned multiple times per week to ensure its clean and sanitized for your stay. The landscapers also come once a week to ensure the exterior is precisely manicured. The house has a fully covered outdoor dining space to enjoy meals outside or a BBQ. There is plenty of outdoor lounge furniture to enjoy the relaxing Miami sun. The house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Dining table expands to accommodate up to 12 guests • 2 full bathrooms, including shampoo, soap, hair dryer, and towels to accommodate up to 13 people • Smart, keyless entry for easy check-in/check-out process • Parking on property for 1 car with plenty of free street parking • Security camera system on the exterior of the home for additional peace of mind during your stay • Additional amenities include iron/ironing board, detergent for washing clothes, towels & cooler, outlets next to each bed, closets for storage Other things to note LOGISTICS: › A welcome message with your personalized check-in instructions will be sent the day of your arrival. › Check-in: 4:00 PM. › Check-out: 10:00 AM. › An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about availability and pricing. CLEANING: › All of our properties are professionally cleaned and sanitized up to CDC guidelines and inspected before each stay to ensure your safety. › Household cleaning supplies are provided (Windex, Clorox spray, etc.). › Washer and dryer (detergent is provided) TV's: All of our TV's are Smart with access to log into your favorite streaming channels. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping service comes once a week usually on Wednesdays or Thursdays in the morning so don't be alarmed. POOL CLEANING: Pool cleaning company comes twice a week usually on Mondays and Thursdays in the morning so don't be alarmed. If you arrive at the property and the pool or hot tub is not cleaned to your standard please reach out and we can send someone. POOL: Please note there is no lifeguard on duty and we ask that all guests enjoy the pool responsibly. The property owners will not be held liable for any pool-related accidents, drowning, or bodily harm/personal injuries. No diving is permitted . No glass is permitted in or near the pool. GARBAGE: The city of Miami removes garbage every TUESDAY and FRIDAY morning. We provide three garbage bins on the side of the house. If you are staying during those days, and you feel the need to empty the bins, please put out any used garbage bins on the front of the driveway. If you could please bring the bins back by the side of the house we would appreciate it. If the bins do not need to be emptied don’t even worry about it, our cleaning team will take care of it right after your departure. PARTIES & EVENTS: We do not allow parties, receptions or events. The home is located in a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictate no excessively loud music or noise after 10PM. This is our most important rule that can result in a termination of your reservation along with additional fees. PARKING: 1 car can be parked into the driveway through front gate. Free parking on street. PETS: Pets are allowed. If you would like to bring your pet, please let us know in your initial message to us. CAMERAS: These are placed outdoor only, outsourced to an external professional surveillance company solely to be used for security purposes and ensure the safety of the property and traveler. PERSONAL BELONGINGS: The host isn’t responsible for any packages delivery or personal belongings left at the property after check out. Please let us know if you’re interested and we will send you more information. ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT: If you ever have any specific requests feel free to ask us, we would love to accommodate you the best way (baby’s equipment, disabled equipment…) 🔴 Please keep all doors especially main doors and back doors closed to keep Airconditioner cool and prevent AC coil from freezing. Penalties for AC damages may be collected OTHER NOTES: We do not provide ice or water.
