The space No long term rental enquiries, thanks 🌴If you only need 2 bedrooms, you might want to see my other listing. 🌴Pool heater is set to 32C, and water temp varies 27-33C during the dry season. 🌴King beds in both double rooms. 🌴Our property is fully fenced and gated. 🌴We are 200m from the Foreshore. 🌴We live in the self-contained apartment upstairs but your space is private with no adjoining walls, stairs or overlooking windows. 🌴Private entrances, private spacious outdoor spaces and private pool gate. 🌴The downstairs sleeping areas are semi-open plan - a partial wall on the main bedroom, and solid curtains on the children's bedroom. 🌴The 7th guest will be on a mattress on the floor. 🌴The apartment and patio is not childproof. Parents must be vigilant. 🌴Apartment is on the ground floor: no steps. 3rd ensuite room upstairs with private entrance and no adjoining walls. 🌴We have several free bikes for your use. 🌴We don't expect guests to do any cleaning - you're on holiday! But if you would like cleaning services during your stay for an extra charge, let us know. NOTE: 😎 We live in a family neighbourhood in a warm climate where our neighbours also like to enjoy their decks. Because of this we cannot allow boom box playing outside. If you want a party, the Foreshore, The Beachfront Hotel, or the CBD are great places. 😎 We are located 15 mins from the CBD of Darwin City. It is advisable that you have a car, but not essential as there are bikes and Uber. The location is fantastic and many people prefer it to the CBD. 😎The apartment and patio is not child proof. Contact me if you have young children. 😎 For insurance purposes, pool, apartment and amenity use is for paying guests only. Visitors who use the pool and amenities are welcome but must be checked in as guests even if they sleep elsewhere. 😎 Aircons are professionally cleaned annually. Mattresses have bedbug proof covers. 🐊 Billy the gecko lives in the kitchen and eat flies and midges. On rare occasions you might be lucky to see Percy the harmless python or Wally the wacky water monitor visit the garden. Possums and native rats run amok on our roof and fence and provide entertainment. While we change the roach baits 4x year and have the place professionally sprayed twice a year, an occasional cockroach might still sometimes wander in. No pest control can get rid of sandflies/mozzies/midges, but we encourage you to use the Aerogard that is supplied.
