Only a 5 minute drive to the continental divide Jeep trails. Soak under the stars in our new hot tub! The space The central floor hosts and open kitchen is and dining/living area with lots of great natural light, the Primary bedroom with King Sized Bed and Full Bath with tub/shower combo. The open air loft above the living room hosts 2 twin beds, games, toys, and books. Downstairs at ground level, hosts the remaining two bedrooms, full bath with large soaking tub with handheld shower, laundry, Secondary living room with electric fireplace, and more outdoor access. Enjoying soaking in our new hot tub, and enjoy a fire in the evening with our new propane powered outdoor fireplace and new seating on the balcony deck. Enjoy the new BlackStone grill to cook your favorite meals! ** If you use our grill, please be polite and clean/scrape after use** Only once grill has completely cooled, replace the protective grill cover! Even well-behaved dogs can act out of character in an unfamiliar place. You will absolutely need a rental car to get to the house and around our area. Ride share apps do not service our area! Guest access We have Ample parking directly on the property- Please park only in the designated parking areas, and do not drive thru any parts of our yard or park outside of the driveway. Please have a properly equipped vehicle for mountain travel in winter months (October-May) - we are at 8,800 ft elevation and get lots of snow in the winter! Other things to note By booking with us, guests agree to follow our House Rules, Pet Policies, hot tub rules, respect Wildlife, and do their very best to show our home the utmost care and love while staying. Our hot tub is New and so we expect our guests to follow our posted hot tub Rules for everyone's continued enjoyment. No Smoking or Glass around/in the hot tub! We expect our guests to leave our home in same/similar condition in which is was found and to report any damages that occur while in tenancy. We have a ring door camera at the front door, on the upper deck.
