With an expansive open deck and BBQ, the exterior space is ideal for outdoor gatherings. Guest access Guests will have private access to the entire home and bunkie excluding the crawlspace and the shed located beside the house. Early check-in and extended check-out times may be available between October and April, providing we do not have other guests checking in or out within 24 hours of your arrival or departure. Opening windows, turning on the fans provided in each room, and the ceiling fan located in the upstairs stairwell will help circulate the breeze coming off the lake and cool down the house, eliminating the need for air conditioning on most days throughout the summer. However, for those odd days when temperatures and humidity become uncomfortable, we have Central Air Conditioning available for guests. If used, we kindly request that you keep all doors and windows closed while the AC is running. Even though this is a waterfront property, access to the water is limited and should only be done cautiously. If guests choose to navigate the rocky shoreline to gain access to the lake, they are doing so at their own risk.
