As you walk into our lovely home there are custom painted walls that give the home a unique look as well as beautiful French doors separating the eating area from the living area. There is an attached garage, a driveway, washer/dryer and plenty of available street parking for any cars that you may have. The space Bedroom #1 : Queen size bed with it is own private bathroom. Bedroom #2: Queen size bed Bedroom #3: Full over Full bunk bed Bedroom#2 and #3 share the hallway bathroom. All bathrooms have shower tub combo. Other things to note 1. This house is in a quiet residential area. We welcome respectful guests who will treat our neighborhood and our place as their home. This means that respectful and friendly gatherings are OK. That said, loud and/or wild parties are strictly forbidden. Any sign of disturbance, loud music & noise, including disturbance reported by neighbors, is a violation of the house rules. 2. If you are booking the place for someone else and you won't be physically present during the reservation, please let us know about it. We will need the information of the person that is staying in the house, as well as a copy of their ID. 3. We recommend all guests to purchase travel insurance to protect your trip in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Our cancellation is strict, and we will uphold our cancellation policy in any types of events. 4. Check-in for guests is AFTER 4pm, and check-out is 11am on the day of departure. May-September is our high season, due to back to back turns we can not offer any early check-in or late check-out. Early check-in may be possible with additional fee during the rest of the year, please check availability with your host. In the event that extensive cleaning and/or repairs are required, check-in may be delayed until after 5:00 p.m. 5. The house is constructed in 1990s, although we keep the house well maintained some of the features may seem dated. If you like to stay in a brand new home with everything updated and remolded, this listing is not for you. All furnitures and mattresses are new. 6. For guests traveling with pets, please let us know your pet age and breed before booking. We may charge a refundable pet deposit up to $500 depending on the length of your stay.
