Our beautiful Origin resort with an incredible rooftop pool and hot tub just across the street from the Beach, Señor Frogs and iconic Sharky's! Steps to the Beach!!! This unit is a spacious 1 bedroom on the back side of the resort with a partial side view of the ocean. 9ft tall ceilings, sleeps 4, with a HUGE king-size bed, queen sleeper sofa, FULL Kitchen and Washer/Dryer. Everything you need! One mile to Pier Park, walking distance to Gulf World, restaurants and nightlife! The space *Easy and Convenient Beach Access * Free, continuous wi-fi in the room and throughout the building * Large ROKU TV, with cable, includes many of your favorite sports channels. * Large KING bed in its own private bedroom, with a spacious closet and plenty of storage for clothes! * Spacious bathroom, with hairdryer * Spacious closet and luggage rack * Cups, plates, utensils, and pots and pans are provided in the kitchen! * Keurig coffee maker * We provide towels and linens (pick up some souvenir beach towels at Sunsations (the gift shop located downstairs) for your stay! * Washer/Dryer in the unit!! Here are the house rules for our Condo. Please read carefully…This information will be useful during your stay. Make yourself at home, take care of our place and enjoy PCB!!! Normally our minimum age is 25. However, we may accept bookings under 25 if the responsible party agrees to our house rules. You also agree to treat our property with care and respect, and you agree to no smoking of any kind, to include marijuana, drugs, and incense. Also, no parties are allowed, and music must be kept to a minimal level as not to disturb guests next door to you. -Check in is at 4:00 pm CST. -If you would like an early check-in we offer that for an additional $50 and only if the room is ready, must be arranged on the day of arrival. --Check-out is at 10 am CST. Our housekeepers arrive promptly at 10:15 if you remain in the unit past 10:15 you will be charged a $50 late check out fee. -Quiet Hours are from 10:00 p.m. - 8:00 a.m. -Our space is not suitable for pets $500 fee per day, plus eviction applies. There are many other condos & hotels in the area that happily accept pets. -Since this is our private place and not a hotel; we do not provide daily housekeeping. If the linens and towels that are provided need to be washed there is a washer and dryer in the unit for your use. -Please wash your dishes and take out the trash before you leave. -Please be respectful of our things and take care to make sure things stay clean and in the same condition as when you checked in. -If our unit is left messy, it will cost you!! So, Please tidy up before you leave. We will charge an additional cleaning fee of $125.00 -If our linens are left stained excessively a minimum of $75 will be charged to the guest. -Absolutely no smoking in our unit or on the balcony (including marijuana or any other smoke that can leave an odor to include incense, please be mindful of the guests checking in after you). $500 fine for smoking in the unit. No smoking on the 4th-floor pool deck, or public areas. Please use designated smoking areas only. If you have questions about where to smoke, our security on-site can direct you. -Check-in is a breeze because your parking passes & armbands are in your room, no waiting in long lines at the front desk! Please hang up your parking pass as soon as possible to avoid being ticketed or towed. One vehicle per parking garage. Please park straight in the parking spots staying in the lines. The extra vehicles will be required to park in the overflow area. -Our front desk does not provide any services whatsoever for our unit. The front desk is rented by a property management company and does not have anything to do with our unit. -We provide, paper towels, dish soap, towels, linens, shampoo, soap, toilet paper and a few extras for the beginning of your stay, any extra stuff that is needed or if you run out of the things we have provided will need to be purchased by the guest, at guest expense. -A few need to know rules in regards to the pool area that will help make your stay more enjoyable. No glass or coolers allowed by the pool. Drinks must be kept at least four feet away from the pool or hot tub. Armbands must be visible or accessible as security is vigilant in ensuring that only registered guests are using the pool. No children under 12 allowed in the hot tub. - Elevators: The most common issue is a guest holding or forcing the door to remain open for an extended period of time and pushing on the door, causing the door to be taken off track. The signage in the elevator is clear that damage to the elevator will incur a fine and the cost of repair, which all inclusive is about $600.00 on average. This cost will be charged to the guests. -The final rule, No Shoes, No Shirt, No Problem!
