Paradise near the city! Absolutely stunning, peaceful and centrally located modern lake front suite. Only steps to the lake where you can enjoy paddle boarding, swimming and incredible fishing. Located just minutes to all amenities, golf courses and 15 minutes to downtown Victoria. The suite has two bedrooms each with king size beds, one bathroom, media room/office space, full kitchen and full laundry. There is a large outdoor covered patio space with outdoor dining, lounging and BBQ. The space A peaceful lakefront oasis located on Langford Lake and only 15 minutes from Victoria. Enjoy the lake view and bubbling fountain from the huge covered patio area or sit lakeside and watch the blue heron, eagles, mink or otters. The lake is electric boats only for peace and quiet. The fishing is fantastic. Enjoy a swim or just sip your coffee and enjoy the view! ***PLEASE NOTE*** There is a steep driveway and approximately 36 stairs going down to the suite. This is not well suited for people with mobility issues. Guest access The guest area is a huge covered patio area with lounging area and outdoor dining. It is private for guests only but the yard is a shared space with a designated lakeside seating area for guests. Occasionally the hosts may have to access the side stairs and cut across the guests patio area. The dock is for the hosts use however the hosts are often away and the dock can be used by the guests. There are cushions for the chairs in the deck box. Please put them away when you are done as the strong winds can blow them away. Other things to note The lakehouse is situated on a hill. Parking for guests is free on-street parking and there is a steep driveway and many stairs down to the suite. Unfortunately it is not well suited for those with mobility concerns.
