This is a very comfortable and clean condo with a private garage and driveway in a quiet residential area 5 to 6 minute drive from St. Bernards hospital or ASU, and 10 minutes to NEA Baptist hospital. The Internet, free strong WiFi, and coffee are all provided. Perfect location for locum tenens physicians or traveling nurses working in Jonesboro. There is an attached garage to keep you out of the weather. Kurig style coffee maker with coffee supplied, and a drip style coffee maker with filters supplied. The bedding in the main bedroom is high quality, for instance the queen bed is the best bed that Mattress King sold when we bought it new in December 2017. There are twin beds in one of the bedrooms. They are OK but may not be as comfortable for larger adults. The mattresses are soft so may be best suited for children. Iron and ironing board are included, and washer and dryer (brand new in May 2020)with supplied laundry detergent and dryer sheets are in a closet off the Kitchen. Ceiling fans are in both bedrooms and the living room; the living room is equipped with a 55 inch Smart TV and a wood burning fireplace. You will be occupying the entire condo, sharing it ONLY with the people in your party. You also have a private garage and driveway, front and back patio. This is a quiet residential area with grocery stores, banking, restaurants and gas stations all within 1 mile. It is 2 miles from St. Bernards hospital and the closest frozen treat shop. If you like Bruno Mars, it takes as long to drive to St Bernards Hospital (SBMC) as it takes to listen to Uptown Funk (4minutes 22 seconds). Guests can access the condo through front door or private garage. The garage is especially welcome when it is raining or with weather extremes (hot and cold temperatures) and you will have access to a garage door remote for use during your stay. And while this condo is located in a safe neighborhood, the garage offers another level of security that is not available if your car is in a parking lot. If you are unfamiliar with the area, you will need a car, or plan to Uber. There is minimal public transportation and walking would be uncomfortable with weather considerations (August heat can be brutal)
