Boasting some of the best views in the Nashville area, Hilltop House is a brand new home built in 2021. We designed this house specifically to take advantage of the scenery surrounding it. Come sit on our porch with a cup of coffee or drink, relax, and unwind at Hilltop House. Hilltop House is a four bedroom home that sleeps 16 guests. It sits on 3 acres. We have plenty of space to host your group. Lots of windows and incredible mountain-like views makes it one of the most unique homes in the Nashville area. You will not find a home like this one in all of North Nashville. For larger groups we also own the house next door. It also sleeps 16. Guests have access to the entire property. We are available to answer any questions and address any concerns. This home is one of only three homes in our subdivision. The subdivision totals 12 acres of land. We are about 25 minutes from down town Nashville, 10 minutes from Hendersonville, and 10 minutes to down town Goodlettsville. Hilltop house is on top of a large hill. Guests will drive to the top of the hill to access the home. We do not allow locals to book our home. Only guests from outside the area are allowed to book. All our homes use the address of 329C, however, this unit is 329B. Guests must be 21 years old to book this property and the person booking the property must be one of the guests actually staying at the property.
