Boasting some of the best views in the Nashville area, Hilltop House is a newer home built in 2021. Come sit on our porch with a cup of coffee or drink, relax, unwind, and watch the deer, rabbits, and other wildlife. Our home is also near the cities of Hendersonville, Goodlettsville, and Gallatin. The space Hilltop House is a four bedroom home that sleeps 15 guests. We have 3 full baths and a half bath. This house sits on 3 acres. We have plenty of space to host your group. Lots of windows and incredible mountain-like views makes this home one of the most unique homes in the Nashville area. You will not find a property like this one in all of North Nashville. We own 12 acres here and own all 3 homes on our hill. We are surrounded by hundreds of acres of heavy forest. We have lots of wildlife that visit like deer, rabbits, and groundhogs. Our location is in the Goodlettsville area, but we are also 10 minutes from Gallatin, Hendersonville, and White House. We are near Long Hollow pike and centrally located near several wedding venues and about 15 minutes from Drakes Creek park. Our home is about 5 minutes from Long Hollow Church. We are on top of a large hill in the area. If you are afraid of large hills then our property may not be for you. We have a large front porch, a fire pit, and a patio in the back. Guest access Guests have access to the home and area around the home. If anyone goes exploring outside it is at your own risk. The land is rugged and hilly. There are various wild animals and plants that are native to this area and interacting with them carries some risk. Do not go on the neighbors property and interact with their horses. Other things to note Hilltop house is on top of a hill. Guests will drive to the top of the hill to access the home. We do not allow locals to book our home. Only guests from outside the Nashville area are allowed to book. The sign at the road says 329, however, this unit is 329B. 329C is the only address that you can use in navigation, but 329B is the actual address of this property. Guests must be 21 years old to book this property and the person booking the property must be one of the guests actually staying at the property.
