Please plan accordingly to purchase enough additional consumables to last for the remainder of your stay. An ironing board, iron, and garment steamer are provided. Pool towels are available for the pools and hot tub. • THE FINE PRINT • NO parties or events NO commercial photography or filming MUSIC - Strictly prohibited outside, this is not our rule, rather it is the Palm Springs sound ordinance. If you are playing music inside the home please be sure doors & windows remain closed and cannot be heard beyond property line. If the city is called and a FINE issued, the guest will be responsible for paying any fines. NO SMOKING - No smoking of any kind (including vaping, e-cigs, marijuana or cigarettes) allowed anywhere on the premises, including outdoor patios. Failure to abide by this rule will result in cancellation of rental without refund and $500 fine charged upon checkout. OCCUPANCY- The city of Palm Springs limits the number of occupants staying at a short-term vacation. Max occupancy of this property shall not exceed 6 guests. NEIGHBORS - Please remember we are part of a community and have neighbors. While enjoying any of the pools and outdoor space please be courteous and respectful. QUIET HOURS - 10pm - 10am. If you are enjoying any outdoor space during these hours, noise should be kept to an absolute minimum. SECURITY CAMERAS - We have two security cameras outside of the home for safety and guest security (one in the back and one in the front). PARKING - There is ONE covered designated parking space. Additional uncovered parking is available for a second car. NO motorhomes, campers, or trailers are allowed to be parked in community. DOORS/GATES - Please note that doors/gates may expand and contract seasonally due to significant temperature fluctuations. This natural movement can occasionally cause doors to be difficult to open or close at times. PETS - Up to 1 pet (dogs only) permitted. Pet fee is $200 and is required to be paid before check in. Failure to disclose or pay fee will result in $500 fine charged after checkout. LATE CHECKOUT - Any late checkout without prior approval from the host will result in a $25 fine per 15 minutes past the stated checkout time, charged in 15 minute increments. After 2 hours, the nightly rate will be charged. City of Palm Springs Ordinance Requirements: 1. Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. 2. Primary renter must provide a copy of his/her government issued I.D. prior to check-in. A copy of I.D. is kept on file while guest is at property and will be shared with Vacation Rental Compliance Officials on demand as required by law. 3. Responsible party (primary renter) is required to sign a short term rental agreement (contract). 4. All guests are required to sign names via DocuSign to City of Palm Springs confirmation that Good Neighbor Brochure has been read and understood by all adult occupants. **These rules are set forth by City Ordinance and apply to ALL rentals in the City of Palm Springs.** Permit #3725 Guest access Enjoy contactless check-in with our smart lock keyless entry system (Please note, doors may expand and contract seasonally due to significant temperature fluctuations. This can occasionally cause doors to be difficult to open or close. You’ll need to pull door taught in order for the smart lock to latch). Guests will have full access to the home with the exception of two locked owners closets (1 inside and 1 outside). Parking details: The property features a single, reserved, covered carport for your exclusive use throughout your stay. Additional parking accommodates up to two vehicles. Other things to note When considering a reservation with us, please note the following: - ⚠️ Renters must be 25 years of age or older, a government-issued ID must be provided, and adherence to house rules and city ordinances is mandatory. - A rental lease agreement and a Statement of Rules and Regulations is required to be signed by all guests before check-in. We will request and require you to provide the full names and email addresses of all adult guests for DocuSign purposes. - Due to the home's proximity to PSP airport, there may be some airplane noise, which varies with the flight paths of the day. - Maximum Occupancy. The number of people (including children) present at the Property may not exceed the maximum occupancy set forth in the booking request. Additional undisclosed guests will result in a fine and possible eviction without refund if over occupancy. - ⚠️ Amenity Notice: Due to ongoing community/home upgrades, access to certain amenities (including pools, spa, tennis courts, and pickleball courts, etc.) may be temporarily limited or unavailable during individual stays and rate deduction/refunds will not be offered for such. - Pests: Bugs are common and unavoidable in Palm Springs’s desert climate, but the situation can be mitigated by keeping doors closed.
