Private dock is roomy and inviting, with porch swing, lounge area, lily pad and swim ladder! Space to tie up to the side of the dock with your own boat! PLEASE BE MINDFUL that this home is lakefront, which means the entrance to the home is a flight and a half from parking, and the stairs are slightly steep. This home would be difficult for guests with decreased mobility due to steps without assistance. Early checkin/late checkout $25 per hour each when available, please reach out for more info. The winter in Missouri is sometimes icy and snowy, and we are more than happy to accommodate a change in dates if your booking dates end up having questionable weather, as the steps and drive can be unsafe during these times. The water levels lower in the cove from about January through April (guaranteed to be filled back up before Memorial Day) so that the dock may be on dry ground during this time. You're still able to walk the kayaks out to the water if you're ready to brave the cold! This is also a perfect time to explore the "lake" by foot and let the kids skip rocks. Or enjoy the private hot tub, fireplace, and hot cocoa :) Guest access Two dedicated parking spots available in shared driveway. In case of ice or snow, measures will be taken to keep you safe as it's a steep driveway including cancelation/rescheduling leniency. Nearest loading dock just down the road, and space for trailer parking available roadside. PLEASE BE MINDFUL that this home is lakefront, and requires a flight and a half of steep-ish steps from parking to the home and may be difficult with guests that have decreased mobility.
