Other things to note Ceilings are 7’ but there is a beam in the center of the apartment if you’re 6’5” or above you may need to watch your head. It’s caught me a few times lol There may be sounds of life from upstairs such as creaky floors, the HVAC, water running they may be noticeable during the day, other than that it is relatively peaceful.
