A few miles down the road from this home you will find direct access to the Sandy Creek bike trail, which connects you to 42 miles of paved trails, giving bike access to the cities of Franklin, Oil City, Emlenton, and Foxburgh, along with countless river views and two railroad tunnels! The property is located just miles from access points to state game lands No. 45, over 5,000 acres of public hunting land. Other things to note The basement area of the house is a great place for kids to play or can be used for big groups who want to spread out. It is, however, a rustic space. The third bathroom is located in the basement, and it is small and not recently updated.
