Private, quiet, comfy. Our "Clubhouse" is 1.5 miles from uptown Charlotte. Lovely walkable Elizabeth neighborhood. Street car to uptown, arena and stadiums. Large studio apartment, upstairs, above our garage, w. hardwood floors, lots of lovely natural light and shades for late sleepers. Behind our home, yet private, quiet and secure. Keyless entry. Street parking. Frig, toaster oven, coffeemaker, microwave. no stove. Linens, coffee, snacks. No pets, no smoking or gatherings. Welcome! The space The trolley runs to uptown every 20-30 min. Just hop aboard, the nearest stop, two blocks away at 5th street and Hawthorne. Runs west to uptown Charlotte 1.5 miles away and arts venues west to JCSU. Uptown stops at transit center (across from Spectrum arena, trade and tryon. One stop further to nearest stop for knights baseball and. panther stadiums) lots of excellent restaurants. Nice, modern city bus stops 3 blocks away. run to the Charlotte Transit Center across from Spectrum Arena. And to airport sprint bus. Uber/lyfts a plenty. Trolley stop also along Elizabeth Ave. ( 4 blocks from “home”. take in one of the eating/coffee establishments along Elizabeth Avez In the neighborhood: At 7th and Caswell area, all within 3 blocks: Breakfast and beyond: Starbucks Sunflower Bakery Shomars Lunch and beyond: Caswells – friendly casual pub with pub food, good beer specials Sandwich Max, Substation, Bang Bang Burgers Hawthorne Pizza (Hawthorne at 7th) with small friendly bar. half priced wine on Sunday, closed on Mondays. Other things to note Upon check out, we ask only that trash be taken to the bin next to the driveway. Lights out, and close the door. Safe on the road.
