This is the perfect getaway for a family, couple, or friends needing an escape. 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with washer and dryer for your convenience. Please remember that this cabin is in the woods. Spiders, webs, bugs, and other animals call these woods home. Heaters, floor fans, and a portable AC unit in the living room. AC can cool whole cabin. The space Bedrooms: Master has a king size bed, lamps with USB outlets, universal phone charger, and TV with streaming devices. Second bedroom includes 1 queen bed, and TV with streaming devices. You may need to sign in with your own log in Living area: Room provides a large sofa and separate recliner, TV trays, smart 50" TV, and electric fireplace to cuddle up next to. You may need to sign in with your own login. We provide 2 twin air mattresses, a pull out twin ottoman, portable AC in living room as well as ETS heater. Kitchen: Well stocked, intimate kitchen with stove, oven, fridge, microwave, Air fryer, coffee bar and more. Small dining table with stools. seats 4. TV trays are provided. General: Electric self close window shades, custom security doors on front and back, ceiling fans, and ETS and wall heaters. Portable AC in living room. Floor fans and wall heaters in both bedrooms. Outside: The exterior offers a covered front and rear deck, tall pine trees, smokeless fire pit and a propane pit in the Summer, multiple yard games, and grill. We have 1 Ring camera on the front of the cabin, facing the road, for security purposes. We now allow DOGS. please clean up after your pets. $50 fee for excess dog feces found in yard Campfires: Fire restrictions change daily based on dryness. We cannot guarantee that fires will be allowed during your stay, so book at your own risk. Space: This is a small cabin at only 710 sq ft. The cabin sleeps 6 comfortably. Please take cabin size into consideration when booking. WIFI: Free WIFI is provided with Starlink. Grill: We do provide a grill, tools, and propane for your convenience. Bathroom: Bathroom has a shower tub combo and also houses the washer and dryer. Smoking: We do allow smoking outside only. We have provided a standing ashtray/ butt holder near the yard games and shed. There will be an additional $200 fee for smoking inside the cabin or butts found on the ground. Parking: Guests have full usage of the private driveway. Guests will be given a unique access code to enter the cabin the day before arrival. HOUSE RULES: No smoking inside. $200 fine for smoking in the cabin No illegal drugs Dogs only. clean up after your pets $50 fee for excess feces found in yard. No parties, large gatherings or events No overnight guests. $100 fee per guest per night for anyone not listed in reservation. No roof access Do not park outside of designated driveway NO FIREWORKS illegal in the area No shooting off guns NO cats allowed due to a serious allergy No skinning of animals on property No storing animals/meat Guest access Conveniently located close to the highway but you cannot hear the road traffic. Please clean up after your pets. Any discounts offered cannot be stacked. For a 28 day stay, the cleaner will come in at the 2 week mark to clean and restock. This is non-negotiable. Campfires: Due to fire restrictions outdoor fires are currently prohibited. Fire restrictions change daily based on dryness. We cannot guarantee that fires will be allowed during your stay, so book at your own risk. We do provide a propane firepit during the Summer that is allowed to be used during fire restrictions. Space: This is a small cabin at only 710 sq ft. The cabin sleeps 4-6 adults comfortably. Please take cabin size into consideration when booking. WIFI: Free WIFI is provided. Works great for streaming in living room. Smoking: We do allow smoking outside only. We have provided a standing ashtray/ butt holder.
