The black gate on the left is for Lily's River Retreat (the house above The Wild River Retreat) Other things to note IMPORTANT NOTES: This property includes two units: Lily's River Retreat upstairs and this garden-level studio. Each has a private entry and space, sharing only the driveway, walkway, and boat dock. Access involves several cement steps with landings—may not be ideal for guests with limited mobility. Due to river proximity, this property may not suit young children; supervision is required for children under 16 on the dock.
