Enjoy coastal breezes on the front porch just one block from the beach! This house is 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. The house is located on one of the most beautiful streets in Gulfport and a gorgeous comfortable space to relax and unwind. There is a porch, yard and an enormous oak tree with swings. The house is just a 3-5 minute drive to down town Gulfport, the Aquarium and Jones Park. A 10 minute drive straight down Hwy 90 will take you to the Biloxi Colosseum and the Casino's just past that. This a 3 bed 2 bath home at 1515 square feet. The master bedroom has a king bed with a bathroom attached. The 2 guest bedrooms each have king beds. One has a bathroom attached to the room, the other accesses the same bathroom from the hallway. There is a large open kitchen with a gas range. We have provided quality cookware and cutlery for guest who wish to cook. TV's are in each bedroom and the living room. They are all smart TV's with access to Sling TV, Netflix and HULU. There is a front porch with a swing along with an oak tree with 4 single swings in the side yard. There is a guest house in the back that is a separate unit that also has outdoor seating. Parking: Guest of the main house should park on the street in front of the house if there is someone staying in the guest house. Guest can unload from the driveway or in front of the house. The front door as a code that will be given to the guest 15 min prior to check in. Guests may send a text message through the Airbnb app if anything is needed. A door code shall be given the day of check in for entry The house is located in one of the nicest neighborhoods in Gulfport. It is a mix of older remodeled houses and new construction. It is a quiet and safe area. It is 1 block from the beach and close to down town. Its within walking distance of 2 parks and within a mile of multiple restaurants. Uber and Lyft are available in the area along with WaitR, Uber Eats, etc. The beach is approximately 215 yards away and easily walkable. There are multiple restaurants just under 1 mile away. Absolutely no parties are allowed. No loud music. No parking in front of neighbors house. Please only park in designated areas on street in front of our property or on the street across from the house only. Please do not block the driveway, as the access to the guest house is through the driveway. If you plan to have guests not on the reservation, please let us know.
