Sleeping arrangements The home accommodates 8 guests across 3 bedrooms with 6 beds and 2 baths. Every bedroom is dressed with cotton linens, extra pillows and blankets, and room-darkening shades so you can sleep in without negotiating with the morning light. A free washer and free dryer are available in-unit - a welcome bonus for longer stays or muddy trail days. Living space & entertainment The main living area is an easy place to land after a day out, centered around a 55-inch HDTV with Netflix, Hulu, and Roku. An electric fireplace adds warmth and atmosphere when the Poconos chill sets in. When the competitive streak hits, head to the game room - pool table, ping pong table, and a Bluetooth sound system ready to set the mood. Kitchen & dining The full kitchen is well equipped for everything from quick breakfasts to group dinners. You'll find a refrigerator, electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, hot water kettle, toaster, blender, baking sheet, wine glasses, cooking basics, and a full set of dishes and silverware. Barbecue utensils are also on hand for grill nights, and the dining table gives everyone a seat together. Outdoor living The private backyard - not fully fenced - is where this home earns its reputation. A private gas BBQ grill, fire pit, outdoor dining area, and outdoor furniture make it easy to spend the better part of the day outside. The private hot tub rounds it all out - best enjoyed after a hike or a long afternoon at the lake. Community access Guests have shared beach access and lake access via a path or dock, with lake access available for an extra fee. The shared indoor pool is open year-round, with hours running from 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM. Self check-in is available via smart lock, and a private entrance means you arrive on your own schedule. This protection is purchased in lieu of a security deposit. No security deposit required! Fireworks are not allowed on the premises. Any violation of this rule will result in a fine ($1000) , eviction, and forfeiture of remaining nights. Please Park all vehicles in driveway as street parking is not allowed and will result in a $200 fine. In rare cases of maintenance issues, please understand that refunds may not be offered, but we will respond quickly to resolve the issue. All guests must be registered before their check-in date. Free parking is available for up to six vehicles in the driveway. Self check-in is available via a smart lock for added convenience.
