Welcome to our peaceful place where you can relax with the whole family and enjoy the nature, the outdoors and each other's company. It's a great getaway place all year round: winter, spring, summer or fall - there is plenty to do. This cozy 2 bedroom 2 bath townhouse with open floor layout is conveniently located in the heart of the Poconos just a few minutes away from Shawnee Mountain Ski Area, providing easy access to Delaware Watergap, Bushkills, Camelback Mountain, Kalahari, Aquatopia The space This newly renovated beautiful townhouse is a home away from home. 2 bedroom 2 full bath townhouse with jacuzzi room is located in a quite community and is suitable for up to 6 guests. Additionally, Master bedroom has a crib for our young guests (you would need to bring your own crib sheets and blanket). Password code lock allows for easy check-in/check-out and each guest to have access to the property independent of each other. The first floor has an open floor plan connecting kitchen, dining room and living room. You can relax in the living room next to the fireplace watching TV, or stream through your favorite player, or listen to your favorite tunes . Kitchen is fully stocked with kitchenware, dishware and utensils, all you need is groceries and some magic to make any meal. Coffee lovers will find a traditional coffee machine along with the Keurig single-cup machine. Dining room is suitable for up 6 people. We provide a high chair, booster seat and kids plates and utensils for the little once, if needed. There are 2 bedrooms on the second floor. Master Bedroom has a queen size bed and a full size crib* for our young guests. It has a direct access to the jacuzzi room and a large Jack-and-Jill bathroom with the shower. Second bedroom features two bunk beds (twin over twin and twin over full) with a private full size bathroom. Linens and towels are provided. *You will need to bring your own crib sheets and baby blanket. The house is stocked with everything, you would only need to bring (or purchase in the nearby supermarket) your own toiletries, if needed. The house also has Washer and Dryer for your use, just bring your own detergent. Parking for 2 cars is conveniently located directly by the front entrance making loading and unloading a breeze. During summer season our community offers tennis and basketball courts. Children playground is located 2 minutes walk from the house. Nearby activities include kayaking, fishing, hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, paintball, to name a few… Shawnee Mountain Ski area is 5 minutes away with skiing, snowboarding and snow tubing in the winter. Bushkill Waterfalls and Delaware Water Gap attractions are minutes away. Camelback Mountain Ski Resort is 20 minutes away. Camelback also offers Camelbeach Mountain outdoor waterpark in the summer. The 1000’ Dual Zip Lines, Mountain Coaster, Mountain Segways, and TreeTops Adventure Course are another of Camelback Mountain Adventures' heart-pounding experiences. Aquatopia, America’s top indoor waterpark, is 20 minutes away, and Kalahari, America’s largest indoor waterpark, is 30 minutes away Crossings Premium Outlets featuring over 100 stores is 25 minutes away, Mountain Airy Casino Resort 40 minutes away, and Nascar is 20 miles away. Sleeping arrangements: • 2nd floor – 2 bedrooms: 1st br with 1 queen bed and crib, 2nd br with 2 bunk beds - Twin over Twin and Twin over full Guest access You’ll have the townhouse to yourself. Other things to note • Adult over age of 25 must be present during stay. • Your safety matters. There is a Ring doorbell security camera, located next to the front door facing out. It does not look into any interior spaces. • This is a family community - please be respectful of the residents and keep the noise level at the minimum. • The house is not baby proofed. Children under 2 should not be left unattended around staircases and fireplace. • Please take off your shoes in the house. • No pets allowed. • We will need you to sign a short term rental agreement and to provide all names and ages of persons staying at the house and vehicles information (the Make, plate number and state the plate is in of all the vehicles). For security reasons. • Early check-in and late check-out might be available for an additional fee. Dress warm or bring extra clothing. • You are surrounded by the wild nature, which includes mosquitoes and ticks during the summer season. Repellents are highly recommended.
