BEACHFRONT COMPLEX w/ OUTDOOR HEATED POOL & FREE PARKING Come relax and enjoy the beautiful white sandy beaches just steps from your stay at Harbor House - B11. The condo has 2 bedrooms/1 bath and sleeps up to 6. We are located on the first floor w/reserved 2-car parking below the unit. Exit your vehicle to the smell of salt in the air and proceed to one flight of stairs (yes, with a gulf view) as there is no elevator. The space Inside, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, with a washer/dryer combo. The living/dining area has plenty of seating including a nifty egg chair and comfy BarcaLounger; if needed, the sofa becomes a sleeper. Gulf views can be achieved from the private balcony, front door, and both bedrooms. Smart TV’s are throughout the unit. We provide DISH satellite service and all tv’s are set to guest mode for streaming (Roku, Netflix, other). The master bedroom has a NEW King bed, a roomy chest and a nifty side chair, but we already know you will want to proceed to the master balcony door to take in the sights and sounds of the Gulf. The guest bedroom has queen & twin beds. Additionally, it has a retro feature: that of a vanity area with a sink. Odd? Yes, we thought so too, however our three daughters love it! We are excited for you -- You are going to want to stay here FOREVER! We own another unit in the Harbor House community. Reach out if your dates are not available; we may be able to get you in our other unit! Ike's Beach Service which is established directly outside our beachfront. Rent chair/umbrellas, kayaks, paddleboards. Book a parasail or banana boat excursion. Prices vary each season. Guest access A personalized touch-key door code unlocks your stay. Other things to note We are proud to have partnered with Royal Shell Facilities Management LLC, a 5-star local cleaning company who will maintain a Covid Clean Promise! It is customary for short term rental properties to provide a “starter kit” which consists of starter amenities to get you through the first day or two of your stay. Typical items include : shampoo/conditioner, hand/body soap, dish soap, a dishwasher and laundry pod. Other basic items household items such as a paper towel roll, a few toilet paper rolls, and trash bags are also provided upon every turn.
