Fees assessed by the community: Transaction Fee per Rental: $20 Gate Access (QR Code) Fee: $20 per car Temporary Membership (age 6 and over): $2.00 daily off-season/$8.50 daily ($42.50 weekly) in-season (Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend). Registration within 3 days is allowed but in order to encourage early registration so that staff can keep up with incoming registrations, a Late Fee of $100 will be imposed for registrations made less than 3 days prior to arrival. No Same-Day registrations are allowed (Cut-off for Same day is 11:59PM the day before arrival).
