The house has all you need including a swing set at the backyard, it’s perfect for family and friends gathering. The space Kitchen with a separate entrance to the deck is fully equipped and has everything you need for cooking, baking and serving. Take advantage of a coffee maker for your morning coffee or tea pot for tea lovers and a toaster for breakfast sandwiches. The dining table is for 7 people. Cute placemats, table runner and cloth napkins are available for decorating your dining table if you’d like to make it special.  Open concept living room combined with the dining area has a large cathedral ceiling with lots of natural light! It's a great place to gather together for board games or sipping your glass of wine next to the fireplace watching good movies on Netflix.  On the same floor there are two fully renovated bedrooms - one with a bunk bed and a twin bed, another bedroom with a queen bed which is very light and sunny. Feel hotel like experience with white towels and luxurious microfiber white sheets but in a cozy house. This floor has a full bright bathroom.  On the top third floor there is a master suite with a king bed, lots of closet space and another full bathroom.  Family room on the first floor offers a pool table, darts and board games to have a fun night all together! Or feel free to just sit on a leather coach to watch your favorite sport game on TV near a cozy gas stove.  Spacious garage is ideal for one car parking with a lot of space for keeping your ski and snowboard equipment. Outside you'll find a pretty big deck with a hot tub for 4 ppl, eggshell swing chair, backyard, grill, and a playground. Guest access PARKING NOTES: There is free parking onsite - the driveway can fit up to 4 vehicles plus one parking spot in the garage (5 vehicles total). Other things to note NOTE: Your SAFETY matters. This property features 2 video/audio SECURITY CAMERAS. One is Blink doorbell facing the front landing. The second is facing our furnace & hot water heater in the laundry room. These security cameras focused on the main entrance and HVAC utilities, they are designed to maintain your privacy while ensuring the security & safety for our home.
