Renovated in 2021 with an amazing backyard in the prime location of Uptown Phoenix! A great place to stay for families and friends. There are 5 bedrooms, one set up as an office with a futon, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen stocked with all the essentials, a pack’n play and a high chair. Enjoy the backyard retreat with pool, bbq, hammock, fire pit, ping pong, and a variety of outdoor games. Close to many restaurants and shopping and only 15 minutes drive from Phoenix Sky Harbor International airports. The space BEDROOM 1: King Size Bed, Ensuite Full Bathroom, Ceiling Fan, Walk-in Closet with Dresser, 2 Night Stands, Alarm Clock (w/USB and Wireless Charging), and a reading corner with accent chair, pouf, and reading light. BEDROOM 2: King Size Bed, Ceiling Fan, 2 Pouf Night Stands, Alarm Clock (w/USB and Wireless Charging), 2 Reading Lights, and Wall Closet (with Dresser inside). BEDROOM 3: 2 Full Size Beds, Ceiling Fan, 1 Night Stand, Alarm Clock (w/USB and Wireless Charging), and Wall Closet (with Dresser inside). BEDROOM 4: Bunk Bed (Bottom: Full, Top: Twin), Ceiling Fan, Dresser, Wall Closet, Floor Lamp, Bean Bag. (Please note: per manufacturer, the top bed weight capacity is 200 lb and the bottom bed weight capacity is 450 lb.) BEDROOM 5 (Office): Futon Sofa Bed (slightly larger than twin size with sheets, blanket and pillow stored in the closet), Ceiling Fan, 42" 4K Roku TV, 27" 4K IPS Monitor, USB-C Hub/Docking Station, Desk, Chair, LED Desk Lamp (w/Wireless Charging and adjustable brightness and ), Wireless Keyboard, Wireless Mouse, PC Speakers. LIVING ROOM: 65" 4K Roku TV, TCL Alto 6+ Soundbar (w/Bluetooth Capability), Sectional Sofa, Coffee Table Ottoman, Accent Chair, and 9' Shuffleboard Game. KITCHEN: Fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, plates, glasses, and utensils. We also include plasticware for the kids or to enjoy meals outside in the backyard. Filtered drinking water and Ice are accessible from refrigerator dispenser. COFFEE & TEA STATION: (Located in the Kitchen) Regular and decaf coffee and tea. Electric Gooseneck Water Kettle and Coffee Grinder are provided along with multiple coffee brewing options: French Press, Pour-Over, or Automatic Drip Machine. BACKYARD: Non-heated pool, outdoor dining table and chairs, Charcoal BBQ (charcoal is not provided), Wood Fire Pit (Wood is not provided), and assortment of outdoor games: Ping Pong, Giant Chess, Giant Checkers, Corn Hole, and Ring Toss. (Items are stored in backyard shed on the side of the house.) POOL: Non-heated pool with depth of 3.5-5 ft. Lay flat lounge chairs. Pool towels provided. For your convenience stored in the master bedroom closet: - Queen Size Floor Mattress (with sheets, blanket, and pillows provided) - Pack 'n Play (Portacot) - High Chair - Iron and Iron Board Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and backyard. Other things to note There are 2 video/audio security cameras recording the front yard of the property. The pool is not heated. Pool depth goes from around 3.5 feet to around 5 feet deep. Do not touch the pool vacuum and pool equipment. Removing the pool vacuum from the water will cause damage the pool equipment. Please note: Pool maintenance comes by, through the side gate, every Monday morning for maintenance. Charcoal for the BBQ and firewood for the firepit are not provided. Please note, backyard umbrella is no longer available. Shade sail in it's place. Landscaping maintenance comes by every other Friday and let's themselves in the side gate. No pets and no smoking allowed! No large parties! Small gatherings allowed only upon host pre-approval. (Must agree to additional rules and may incur additional fees.) Please inform host if you plan to have any daytime visitors. Quiet hours from 10pm-7am. This property cannot be used for purposes identified in the City of Phoenix Ordinance Section 10-195(c).
