It's a short drive to the best ski resorts, only 15-20 minutes to Sugar Bowl, Squaw or Northstar and only 10 minutes to downtown Truckee, giving you access to restaurants, bars and shopping. Guest access Guests have access to the public beach located on south shore Blvd and donner pass road across from the Pub. Unfortunately, there’s no offstreet parking for short term rentals in Truckee not even for a few minutes. Please don’t park on the street at all as the neighbors are very critical of this and will call the sheriffs department if the sheriff catches on the street it’s a $1500 fine. Gas barbecue is seasonal available in the warmer months. If you’d like to use the grill in the winter months, contact Robert and we will see what we can do to accommodate, but no guarantees depending on snow snowfall.
