The space This private residence is located at Kingston Plantation specifically at Brighton Towers. When you arrive on property you will be required to pass a security gate and provide your stay dates and condo. The guards will issue you a hangtag which needs to remain in your vehicle during your entire stay. Without it you are at risk of being towed. The condo address will supplied 3 days prior to your arrival along with other instructions. When you arrive at the Brighton you may park in front and unload, there are luggage carts, or park in the parking deck and unload. Your condo floor is the 1st or 1st 2 digits of your room #. Proceed to the condo where you will have a Smartlock on the door for entry(code will be supplied in your arrival instructions. Enter and enjoy! This home boasts over 2,000 heated square feet, plus 370 square feet in deck space. It is an expansive 3-bedroom/3 full bathroom(2 baths are en-suite). The kitchen is stocked with basic cookware, dishes, glasses, silverware, etc. Appliances include all your basics with a washer/dryer in the condo. Bath towels and bed linens are provided. Basic paper products are supplied to start your stay, not intended to supply your entire stay. Now walk onto the balcony and see the beautiful ocean! Enjoy!
