With great indoor & outdoor living options, and views from all rooms, this is the perfect base for a celebration, a relaxing family holiday, or from which to explore Waiheke Island. The King of Burrell is furnished & presented to the highest standard in a modern coastal style. The top floor is a large open plan living & dining area & kitchen, with decks front & back & views on all sides. The front deck has a great table for cocktails while watching the sun set, while the back deck has a large dining table & lounge setting, along with a huge umbrella. The views from the kitchen will mean everyone wants to help do the dishes! The ground floor has a TV snug, along with the luxurious master bedroom & ensuite, and the laundry with a further loo. On the bottom floor are 2 further bedrooms, one with a queen bed & one with a king single bed + trundle.  The family bathroom is also on this level. Set on a large section, there is a large lawn at the top of the property - perfect for a picnic with a view! Conveniently located just 5 minutes drive from Oneroa village & beach, you are also within 10 mins drive of multiple fabulous wineries, beaches & award winning restaurants. Note: the property is not to be used for any parties or gatherings. The property is set over 3 levels, so not great for those with mobility issues. Other things to note Strictly no parties or gatherings. If you wish to entertain more than 6 additional people over & above those on the booking, please discuss your plans with us.
