Villa My Sunny Place is a family home under the Caribbean sun, on Curaçao - the island of perpetual Summer - on a private estate close to the beautiful beach of Playa Cas Abao. The space Beautifully located on the west side of Cas Abou, this breezy villa presents a wide and unique view from its porch over the Caribbean Sea, the surrounding bays, San Juan Bay and the nearby salt pan. This is a wonderful place to enjoy sunset viewing from your porch. The living room and kitchen lead out to the porch and open dining area, looking out over the swimming pool, and beyond to a panoramic view of the sea. The living area is 200 m2 plus a spacious garage. The swiming pool is surrounded by a beautiful landscaped tropical garden . All three bedrooms have louvred shutters that allow the cooling breeze through, with aircon for the hottest nights. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa and it is not shared with anyone else. The garden and pool are relatively private, only disturbed by scheduled pool cleaning. Other things to note Our rate includes WiFi. Please note that utility charges may vary depending on your booking terms. Bookings before May 7th 2025 pay the actual usage of their stay at $ 0.55 per kWh. Bookings after May 7th 2025 have an average utility usage of $ 25,- included in the nightly rate.
