Come enjoy a stay at the rustic Hruby Ranch. 50 acres of private land to explore. A cozy comfortable extra large excursion tent with queen sized bed. Explore miles of trails through untouched wild lands. Dozens of farm animals will delight. Enjoy a wonderful private fire pit. Located 12 minutes from I 65 and 15 minutes from downtown Crown Point and 20 from Valporaiso. If the beach is more your style, we are 25 minutes from the Indiana dunes and Lake Michigan! The space Comfortably accommodates an additional 4 sleeping bags along side the provided queen bed with linens, a comforter and four pillows. Additional cots for adults and children may be available upon request. If so, please bring your own sleeping bag, ground pad, linens, and pillows. The tent will accommodate up to an additional queen air mattress. Air mattress provided for an additional charge. You may pitch additional tents on the site. There is one outdoor power outlet at the site. Please provide your own extension cord if needed. 12 amps max (i.e. no large portable a/cs) You will have access to the entire property. 50+ acres of woods and trails. There is a working stable with alpacas, goats, cats, chickens and dog (stable and coop not to be entered without permission). There is a large pavilion and fire pit. There is a porta potty on site near parking area . Guest access This is a working farm and ranch. There will be hands on deck during the day. Other things to note Winter/inclimate weather conditions currently apply: Hike in/hike out approximately 150yards to campsite and Glamp tent. Firewood not provided but may be purchased at the farm. We are pet friendly but there are other animals including a farm dog on site. She is a large mareema very gentle and well disciplined and the most loving and sweet dog with all children, people and most of the time other dogs and animals. She is contained by an electric fence around and near the barn and stable area. If you wish to bring your animal family member it is important to take your time ensuring that everyone will get along. Otherwise staying outside of her perimeter with your dog is necessary. Thank you
