Conveniently located on the 1st floor, near grocery stores, Metrolink train, restaurants, museums, parks, bars, etc. Our historic neighborhood is quiet and friendly. You will experience all of what the Lou has to offer and more with this central location. Great space for work, long-term stay, and a weekend away to enjoy St. Louis festivities. We are on-site and usually available to help. =) The space This property is an updated duplex with modern fixtures including an eco-friendly nest thermostat, three tv’s throughout space for entertainment. The space will be the right unit of the building which is the lower-level unit, so no steps other than the entrance to the front door. Guest access The entire rental unit - 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and sunroom. Located on the first floor. The only steps/stairs are the entrance to the front door which is only a few steps. The washer & dryer is located in the basement which you would have to take a few steps to get down there from inside the unit. See pictures in listing. Other things to note This building is an older home so you will hear squeaky floors from upstairs at times. This space has three TVs throughout the space, one in the living room, and one in the main room (see pictures) and one in bedroom that has two smaller beds. *****Long term/extended stays we typically change linens and towels at the halfway point for any guests staying longer than 2 weeks. This helps us keep linens and towels at better quality for longer. For anything a month or longer, we do require an inspection at the halfway mark. Registration Details STR-4025-YY
