The Kiwiesque Four Bedroom Villa can comfortably sleep up to 10 people with 4 large bedrooms, a relaxed open plan living area, and plenty of outdoor living space overlooking the Esk Valley Vineyards. This property features 2 super king beds, 2 king beds, and 1 king single bunk bed . We are capable of splitting the 2 super king beds into 4 king single beds. PLEASE NOTE: 3 NIGHT MIN STAYS FOR PUBLIC HOLIDAY WEEKENDS AND 5 NIGHT MIN STAY OVER THE XMAS AND NEW YEAR PERIOD Guest access The Vineyard Villa features 4 bedrooms, central lounge and kitchen opening onto a large deck overlooking the vines and grazing sheep, with BBQ and spa pool. There is Linden Estate winery next door to us to go and have a wine tasting and platter ( open Wednesday to Sunday ) and Valley D-Vine restaurant (Thursday to saturday ) . Check their website incase they are closed for functions . Lovely fruit shops not far away , Crab Farm restaurant 8 mins away . Airport is approx 10 or so minutes away so easy to get to us .
