There's boating, fishing, crabbing, bird watching, tanning, and hammock-napping. Need more? Ok, antique shops, breweries, wineries, live music, crab boils and oyster fests. Still need more? Cornhole, can jam, horseshoes, hiking, and swimming and tennis at the community pool. That's not all, so just trust us - you will LOVE your time in Montross, Virginia! The space This cozy cottage has two queen bedrooms and one bathroom on the main floor. The master bedroom also has a private office. The kitchen has new appliances and connects to the dining area and living room. The dining room table is amazing. Just you wait. Also on the main floor is the game room/library with a pool table, darts and a karaoke machine. The laundry room is located on the main floor as well. The back doors on the main floor lead to the huge back porch where you can relax in the hammock or the Adirondack chairs with a drink in your hand. The second floor has two bedrooms, each with a door that leads to the amazing second story deck. Each upstairs bedroom has a private bathroom. Between the bedrooms is a bonus area for playing cards and board games. One of the bedrooms has a queen bed and the other has two twin beds. There are two cots available if needed. Three of the bedrooms and the living room have smart tv's The backyard is large and slopes down to the private dock and *beach. Guest access Please limit parking to the driveway, where you can have several cars back to back. Park on the grass next to the driveway if needed. PLEASE do not park on the street or the neighbors may complain. This is a residential neighborhood, so please be respectful of the residents. Also, please note that the speed limit is 25mph within the Glebe Harbor subdivision. Other things to note Please alert the hosts if you plan on bringing any watercraft of your own. There are community guidelines and no wake zones to be aware of, so we'd appreciate the heads up.
