On the beach side, enjoy America's #1 beach on the Gulf of Mexico, heated swimming pool, ourtdoor showers with hot water, whirlpool, and shaded picnic area. Several barbecues are located throughout the grounds. Both gulf and bayside residents enjoy easy access to the beach and all beachside amenities including beach lounge chairs. Indoor activities include playing games, doing puzzles, or finding a book in our community library. The social committee has various activities and events planned each month during season. Our unit has washer, dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove/oven with built in microwave, fully controllable air conditioning/heat, cable TV with Prime Video, Netflix, DVR, On Demand, WiFi/INTERNET, and covered parking.
