Quiet Casita with separate entrance -no animals

Relax at our peaceful retreat. We are central to Queen Creek/San Tan Valley. Our home is close to several restaurants and stores in the sweet town of Queen Creek. We're about 25 mins (9miles) from Frwy, & about 50 mins (40 miles) to Scottsdale, Phx & the surrounding areas. Mesa/Gateway Airport is close by and the Phoenix Airport is 39 miles from here. 7mins to Horseshoe Park & Equestrian Centre, 15 mins to Legacy Sports Park, 30 mins to Country Thunder in Florence, 60mins to WM Phx Open in SD. The space Our home is very quiet and cozy. We have been told by other guests that the environment is very peaceful. We are so excited to share it with you and your loved ones. ***Please note: CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES*** ***This is our home too so please be considerate. No illegal activity & no funny business! *** *No smoking on site, please. If you like sleeping under the stars, you can turn the bedroom lights on for about 15-20 minutes before bed. Enjoy! The bedroom includes a Queen sized bed. We have an additional full-sized mattress (not an air mattress) that can be put down on the floor in the bedroom if you need that as well. The pull-out couch in the living room turns into a full-sized bed. The Casita fits 4 guests comfortably and up to 6 if need be if you don't mind snuggling up together. Outside: Hot tub (4hours per day) Pool (7.5ft deep) with a waterfall slide and grotto cave (Heated for an extra charge) Patio Grill Glass Fire Pit Guest access The Casita is attached to our home and we have a shared wall. We are separated for privacy by an inside door that will remain closed and locked. There is street parking available in front of the house for 1 or 2 cars for no charge. Please let us know if you will have more than that. *Full disclosure: We do have dogs and children. You WILL hear them. We try to keep the noise to a minimum and our children go to bed rather early.
