Your family will love our charming lakefront home, located between the small towns of Hancock and Deposit. Are you an animal lover? Take a walk across the street to meet and hangout with our goats! When you enter the home you will be walking into our fully stocked kitchen with views of the lake (plates, bowls, silverware, cups, pots and pans, cleaning supplies) along with the laundry room. The next room you will enter is the large living room with a smart TV (netflix included) and a comfy couch. As you walk down the hallway you will see the master bedroom with a queen bed and private full bathroom, next you will see the two additional bedrooms. One which has 2 twin beds and the other which has bunkbeds. Last is our second full bath. Both bathrooms are fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, soap and towels. In the backyard you will walk out onto our large 2 tier deck overlooking the lake with outdoor furniture and a charcoal grill. (we do not supply charcoal or lighter fluid). Next to our decks you will see our fire pit (wood supplied free for guests to use) and our private dock. Guests have access to the entire house with the exception of 3 locked closets Located across the street behind our garage: Take a walk down our stone path to meet our family of Nigerian Dwarf goats! Quincy and her 2 babies, Barbie and Pennelope are excited to meet you! Guest access Guests will have free parking on the street (enough for 3 cars). 2 cars can park in front of the house and 1 car can park in front of our garage. **Driving distances from the home >Town of deposit (shopping and eating). 10 Minutes >Town of Hancock (shopping and eating) 10 Minutes > Circle E diner, Hancock. 15 Minutes >Elk Mountain ski resort. 35 minutes Other things to note Our home has multiple ring cameras, the location of each one can be found in the “security” section of our listing! (The ring floodlight mounted on the garage does not work so it does not light up or record). A great spot for fishing!!! (Pickerel, yellow perch, sunfish, large mouth bass, catfish, crappie) Basketballs are located in the bunk bedroom closet. Please put it back in there when done. Guests are welcome to take a walk behind our garage (located across the street) to meet our family of goats! Guests must follow all rules posted on the goat pen.
