Historic Charm: You are staying in a beautifully restored historic building. As part of its character and city water conservation rules, the toilet may take a moment to refill between flushes. Rest assured, there is plenty of hot water and great water pressure for your showers. Extended Stays: We are happy to host both short-term and extended stays. Please inquire for more details. Parking: Free street parking is available all around the building, we've never had trouble finding a space. Marathon Route: This street is part of the yearly St Jude Rock-N-Roll marathon route. Cancellations & Agreement: We adhere to the cancellation policy at booking. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. A separate rental agreement requiring an e-signature is necessary to finalize your booking, view agreement in the House Rules section of the listing. Full access to the free, shared laundry facilities located in the basement of the building. Please note: Two cabinets in the kitchen are locked and reserved for housekeeping and owner supplies. We value your privacy and offer a seamless self check-in process.
