Guests displaying disrespectful behavior towards host, other guests and/or neighbors will not be tolerated. Guests displaying this bad behavior will be asked to leave immediately and no form of discount or refund will be issued. Smoking and vaping inside the property is strictly prohibited. Guests will charged a $250 cleaning fee if this rule is not followed. Pets are strictly prohibited from being in our swimming pools or hot tubs. Any damage that occurs from a pet in one of our swimming pools or hot tub will be charged to the guests. We are firm on this issue and make no exceptions for pets being inside the swimming pools or hot tubs. It’s against house rules and guests may be asked to leave the property if it becomes an issue. The hot tub is open and available to our guests year round. We inspect the hot tub before and after each stay to make sure it is in working order. In the event of a hot tub failure or out of service hot tub, we will credit up to $50 max per reservation. If a guest damages the control pad on the hot tub, there is a $250 charge to replace it. It is checked before and after each stay. These control pads are touch screen and need handled with care. These need ordered and could impact the next stay, be mindful. We do not refund for early departures. Unfortunately, we cannot detect or predict every issue in a property and we do our best to make sure each and every issue is addressed and corrected in a timely manner. We will evaluate issues that cannot be corrected in a timely manner and decide what the course of action will be. Refunds are issued in the form as future discounts and/or stays. We do not tolerate disrespectful and rude behavior. If behavior like this is observed, you will be asked to leave the property immediately and reported to Airbnb. If you refuse to leave, law enforcement will be called.
