This early 20th Century Property, located at the heart of Estoril, with a charming and spacious garden, has 2 independent units with 5 bedrooms in total. The south side of the main house and the independent tower apartment where you'll be able to enjoy the most incredible view of Estoril and it's coast line. The "Sowth Wing" has 3 bedrooms, a living room and dinning room that are truly majestic. The cozy "Tower Apartment" has 2 beautiful bedrooms and a living room. Each has kitchen and bathroom. Guest access Access to the sowth side of the main house, tower apartment and all outside areas! Both units have access to te garden and different independent outdoors areas with their own barbecue, area for outside meals and sun beds. Other things to note No pets allowed! Check-in time is from 15:00 until 20:00. A late check-in is available, subject to a surcharge: €20 if it occurs after 20:00 and €40 if it occurs after 23:00 until 8:00. Early check-ins before 08:00 are subject to a surcharge of €40 and are always upon availability. Late and Early check-in fees are paid in cash on arrival. At the check-in we will ask for your identification document. Short term rentals are required to report guest's information to Borders Service (SEF) - it is called the Accommodation Bulletin.
