Pool Heating is an additional $300 per day and must be requested and paid for in advance at least 1 week prior to arrival. It is a large pool so it takes at least 24-36 hours from the time you turn on for it to be warm. The pool gets cleaned once a week on Fridays and there may be leaves or debris in the pool if you check in any other day than Friday. There are too many trees in the yard to keep it clean everyday. There is a skimmer available for guests use. Hot Tub Jacuzzi There's an ipad on the wall in the pool house that controls it. There's instructions there as well. If you need assistance, just let us know, we can turn it on remotely. To use the outdoor fire pit, you may need to take the propane tank to get it filled. There's a Shell gas station 1.6 miles away that sells propane at 4035 E Chapman Ave, Orange, CA 92869 We strive to keep all amenities in working order but if any major amenities such as the AC, Pool or Spa can't be used because of a malfunction and cannot be repaired same day, we will refund the guest $100 per day per occurrence. Please remember that you will be staying in a home, not a hotel. We do have neighbors therefore, we ask that you treat our space with the same respect you would show your own.
