The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for home-cooked meals with flexible dining options: a formal dining room, a cozy kitchen nook, counter seating, and an outdoor dining area on the patio. Unwind in the living room with a 75-inch smart TV, or stay productive in the dedicated office, which includes two workstations and fast Wi-Fi (300 Mbps). Other things to note Please know that though we can house 12 guests…there will be an automatic additional guest fee of $20 per person after the 5th person per night. For example…6th person($20) X 2 nights = $40 There is a $50 per person per night charge if additional guests stay overnight or visit without pre-approval of their host. Larger groups may be accommodated when pre-arranged. Communication is always appreciated. We’re sorry, pets are not allowed in the house. With the exception of Service Pets, with proof of certificate papers. - Thank you In the backyard is a guest house/casita that occasional my husband and I stay when we have to be in town. Please know, we are not there to disturb you , but there is the possibility that we will be there when you check-in. But I will communicate that to you before or during your stay. You are also welcomed to ask, to know if we will be in the guest house, during your stay.
