Open up the windows. Let the light in. This newly renovated 1940s home boasts natural light. Throughout, you'll notice bits of character original to the home. Family friendly with a full kitchen, work station, indoor washer & dryer, soaker tub and a large spacious backyard. Fast (whole) home wifi with TV's situated in the living area and each bedroom. The upstairs bedroom offers a king bed; downstairs a queen bed and closet with a pack n play, baby gate, kids books/toys. Make yourself at home! The space This home is located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to major highways, the paseo, plaza, and asian districts. Select furniture from popular MCM designers such as Paul McCobb. Guest access Private Driveway Parking: Street parking prohibited Electronic lock and keypad access upon booking Other things to note -Kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, Keurig, basic cooking utensils, pots & pans, plates & glasses. Olive oil, salt&pepper are also included for your convenience. A highchair, baby gate, and pack n play are always available for those with little guests. -Clean sheets and towels are provided at the beginning of every stay. If you choose to launder them during your stay, there is an indoor washer & dryer. -Guests will be responsible for their own essentials (soap, shampoo, conditioner, bath wash, epsom salt, toilet paper etc...) once they have used the complimentary essentials provided at the beginning of their stay. -PET POLICY: A maximum of 1 dog is allowed. The pet MUST be house-trained. Pet should be crated when unattended on the property and kept off the furniture. You are responsible for cleaning up the yard after your pet. There is a $50 pet-stay fee. -Roku TV's located in the living room and each bedroom. Bring your logins to use on the TV or enjoy login free access using Airplay/Cast from your phone, tablet, or laptop to stream your favorite content. *Note NETFLIX has disabled airplay from iOS and requires you to login on the TV. -Whole home audio listening using airplay: 1. Launch your music app like sporty on your iPhone or iPad. 2. Find the song you’d like to stream. 3. Tap the Listening on icon at the bottom of the Now Playing screen. 4. Select AirPlay or Bluetooth on the Listening on screen. 5. Select one or all TVs in the home and adjust volume.
