MISTY SURF, approx. 200 steps to the dunes

Misty Surf is a quaint older beach house located across the street from the Atlantic Ocean located in the Town of Surfside Beach. There are 4 bedrooms/2 baths and sleeps 12 guest (MAX) comfortably (6 full size beds). There are two outdoor shower/dressing rooms and a covered picnic area w/ seating. Plenty of parking for 7 or 8 cars. Less than 200 steps from the front yard to the dunes. Internet is available. NO HOUSE PARTIES, PETS OR SMOKING of any kind. 12 guest MAX....MAX.....MAX! The space NO PETS, NO HOUSE PARTIES, FAMILY UNITS ONLY. Surfside Beach has a "Family Beach" atmosphere. NO FIREWORKS allowed to be launched in the yard, go down to beach for that and use at your OWN risk. Occupancy is 12 guest MAX...that means NO MORE THAN 12. Guest access The entire house and underneath open space is available for use. There is a locked room below the kitchen that houses my supplies and tools and is not part of the rental agreement. The Maximum occupancy is 12. Please don't make me count heads. Other things to note I do my very best to make sure that Misty Surf is in tip top shape and that everything is working properly when you move in. Situations DO arise from time to time that are out of my control. If such happens, I will do my very best to address the problem and have it corrected ASAP. I also ask that you do NOT DYE your hair while inside Misty Surf. Go outside in the yard if you must do so on vacation.
