Centrally located, this residence is near Highway 70 and Interstates 10 and 25 providing easy access to NMSU, White Sands, Old Mesilla, Spaceport America, and more! The space All primary bedrooms are located upstairs on the second level. There you will find king, queen, and full size beds. Downstairs, in the den/kid cave, you will find a full size bed with a twin trundle. This space is intended for children. Other things to note Pet friendly, with a large dog door located next to the front door. The house is located in a cul-de-sac with limited traffic. You will have access to 2 private parking spaces in the driveway and room for 1 additional vehicle on the street. Quiet hours, 11:00 pm - 8:00 am are strictly enforced. We live in a residential neighborhood and being respectful to those around us is a priority.
