This beautiful three level townhouse sits in historic Shipoke, a cute little corner of Harrisburg where old town charm is evident and the scenery is pretty. It is two blocks from the riverfront, where you will find a perfect place for walking, running, or watching sunsets. This home features a private courtyard with a shade tree and fire pit, great place to relax outdoors. Within walking distance are many city attractions and great restaurants. This place is perfect for lengthy stays! Kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, a blender, coffee maker, toaster and some condiments, if you prefer cooking your own food and eating in. There are three queen sized beds. There is one couch, two love seats (one is reclining), and a reclining chair. All bedrooms are on the second and third floors. Half bath is on the first floor and full bath is on the second floor. Bath features a jetted tub and shower. Relax on the comfortable couches of the sitting room and connect to your Netflix account on the smart TV:) There is a second living/sitting room on the second floor. Entire house and backyard is for you during your stay here, with the exception of two closets I use for storage. There is plenty of empty closet space reserved for your use. Shipoke is a picturesque, small neighborhood featuring a riverfront walkway with beautiful river views, a small playground, and an Indian and a Cuban restaurant. A number of festivals are held in Riverfront park near Shipoke. City Island is just across the river and nearby Midtown and Downtown Harrisburg offer endless attractions and places to eat, shop, and enjoy the city. Shipoke is within two miles from the Capitol and 13 miles from Hershey Park. Google Capital Area Transit for routes and schedules of the city bus service. We cannot host events or parties.
