Guests have full use of the resort's clubhouse which includes a resort-style pool featuring a spa and waterslide with lazy river, splash pad, sand volleyball court, sport courts, playground, putting green, and lake dock. * Pool heat can be added as an additional service to the reservation, subject to additional cost. Guest access There is no need to go anywhere to check-in! You go directly to the resort. Door code will be provided together with other information at Storey Lake main gate upon arrival. All resort areas are available to guest. IMPORTANT: Please, in case more than one car is coming, send me all drivers names prior to your arrival otherwise they will not be allowed in by security personnel at main gate. All drivers names must be added to the resort security system prior to check in. Other things to note COVID 19 UPDATES: House is disinfected in accordance with CDC instructions before each check in. The price paid includes cleaning and disinfection. A 24 hours minimum gap between reservations is applicable to allow disinfection to have full effectiveness. Please contact Plenitude Villas (management company) for further information when checking in. IMPORTANT: Storey Lake allows access for guests using exclusively their security system. In case more than one car is coming, please send me the full name of all drivers at least 48 hours prior to your check in otherwise security personnel will not authorise their entrance, even if the arrival information is presented. Guests of guests must follow the same rule. Taxes - 7% FL to be collected by Airbnb upon reservation. Pool Heating - Add $50 per day to be collected by online payment (Airbnb). Samples of dishwasher and laundry detergent available for the first use. In case more is needed, guests are required to buy it.
